Israeli army open fire of Gazan fishermen and international activistsISM-"..this day’s fishing resulted in a highly successful catch due to the ability to access richer fishing grounds further offshore. Two Israeli Naval gunboats approached the fleet soon after leaving port and began firing “warning shots” shortly afterwards. They were aware that internationals were on some of the boats. The Israeli Navy continued shooting multiple times at the fishing vessels, one of which was fired upon at least seven times. IMEMC - Nineteen Israelis, mainly soldiers, wounded in a Palestinian attack in Jerusalem; the driver was shot and killed by an officer who was among the targeted crowd of troops. Following the attack, several ultra-orthodox Jews chased Arab residents in the Old City of Jerusalem, Israeli Defense Minister, Ehud Barak, issued a statement demanding to rush the procedures, which would result in the demolition of the homes of attackers` families in East Jerusalem.23/9/2008
