Gisha appeals a judgment that violates Gazan Muslims` freedom of worship Nomi Heger - Gisha - Despite PM`s Netanyahu`s boast that "Jerusalem is open to beleivers of all religions", Gazan Muslims are completely denied access to their holy sites there. An appeal lodges by Gisha on behalf of sever Muslim women from Gaza was denied by Justice Eliyahu Bitan of the Beer Sheva District Court, who imposed a punitive sum of 25,000 Sheles in "court expenses" with the clear purpose of discouraging further such appeals. Gisha is now appealing to the Supreme Court to reverse this ruling. 21/6/2011
