An appeal lodges by Gisha on behalf of sever Muslim women from Gaza was denied by Justice Eliyahu Bitan of the Beer Sheva District Court, who imposed a punitive sum of 25,000 Sheles in "court expenses" with the clear purpose of discouraging further such appeals.
