French court reveals Settlement-labeling fraud committed by Carmel Agrexco
As a result of the French Coalition Against Agrexco`s ongoing legal
action, the judge of the commercial court in Montpellier ordered a
state official to investigate the use of the port at Sete by Agrexco.
This official delivered their report yesterday and it states that
Agrexco imports settlement produce and certifies them as Israeli
produce in such a way that constitutes illegal fraud. The full
document, complete with the incriminating customs documents, will be
available shortly. This report potentially allows the coalition to
bring further legal action against Agrexco and the French state. The
story has been reported by AFP, a major French news agency.

Campaigns against Agrexco are currently being prepared in Norway and the Netherlands and continue in Italy, UK, Ireland and throughout Europe. In light of the successful growth of the campaign against Agrexco, the French Coalition Against Agrexco has announced that it intends to host a forum of European campaigns against Agrexco in Montpellier June 3-4. More details will follow shortly.

The BNC operates an international mailing list for the Agrexco campaign. We encourage those already on the list to share news by posting to stopagrexco@bdsmovement.net. Please let me know if you`d like to be added to the list.
