but because of the people who don't do anything about it

A sign that European Executives know...
From: `Prof. Dr. Fanny-Michaela Reisin (Präsidentin)`
Organization: Internationale Liga f. Menschenrechte
WHAT A NEWS this morning!
It was only last night, that I signed just another petition against,
that ruthless uprooting of olive trees and hence family lives - this time 1,400 - by the Israelis on Palestinian land.
http://www.change.org/petitions/stop-uprooting-palestinian-trees
I signed and thought by myself, how many trees (and lives) will it take,
till they (f. i. European Executives) know ...
And then this main German radio station news (Deutschlandradio Kultur
and Deutschlandfunk): `The British food trade chain COOP decided to boycott Israeli fruit and vegetables until the Israeli exporteurs find a way to make sure reliably, that their products do not stem from settlers` land, since - the news speaker added - the EU does not recognize the Israeli settlements on
Palestinian land to be legal and raised protest against them many times.
I know that many of you will say, that the boycott of settlement
products is not enough.
However I regard this official news within the main morning news of the main German radio station as a breakthrough.
This is the resulat of continuous committed work of many British solidarity groups of the Palestinian cause.
WELL DONE!
